About Me

My name is Jun Wang, and I am in the last year of my M.Ed. in Curriculum & Pedagogy with an emphasis in Digital Technologies and arts. I am also in the Knowledge Media Design collaborative specialization program. I completed my undergrad at University of Toronto Scarborough majoring in New Media and Economics. I am currently living in Downtown Toronto. I hope that my knowledge in multimedia can be combined with pedagogy to create a better educational platform that can help more students.

 

I'm a photographer, videographer, and game lover. My research is broadly concerned with social media in higher education futures, social media marketing and virtual learning. As the mainstream way of communication and sharing of life, digital media affects people subtly. The use of digital media in teaching has only been implemented in recent years. Since I have a background in media, I am interested in the impact of digital media on teaching and learning.
